All jobs must be booked and managed only through the HELM platform. Accepting a direct booking is a serious violation of our policy and will result in immediate, permanent removal from the marketplace.

Most of the time, clients cover reasonable travel and lodging costs for the job. Just make sure all logistics and costs are formally approved by the client before the booking starts.
